DashUp Inc, Sunnyvale — 2015 to 2020

Founded and ran a CRM/Salesforce consultancy for investment funds and startups — including an AI-driven business intelligence platform on Force.com and an Adobe Premiere Pro plugin using AI for automated transcription, years before that became mainstream.

Banking at scale

OakNorth Bank — 2023 to 2024

Led development on OakNorth's nCino-based commercial lending platform — loan origination, collateral and insurance workflows, and a technical-debt cleanup that moved legacy workflow rules onto Salesforce Flows.
